Why I like this
I like the approach that Michael Kvakin (http://dribbble.com/s…) took with his design. It inspired me to create a similar knob mixture of analog and digital. Let me know what ya think.

I agree with ArenaCreative .. The brushed metal look is always a win. I like this look a lot! It actually reminds me of a real product http://www.Nest.com
Great job! I love the glow at the top of the numbers and the gradient difference at the very bottom, good shading too.

The reflected blues in the metal are absolutely gorgeous. There is a hard reflection on the "ball" in the center which is either too sharps or too bright. It is distracting.

Maybe if outer-glow is reduced...will look amazing. But I like it :)
